Newsletter integration

Fox Contact integrates with 3rd party, well known, newsletter extensions.
The integration consists of adding the customer to the newsletter users table and optionally subscribe him to the selected lists, depending on your settings.

In addition, Fox Contact can integrate with unknown extensions by using the standard Joomla plugin system.
Enquiries received will be then notified to the Joomla subsystem, where 3rd party extensions may be able to intercept and process this event.
The name of the event triggered in Fox Contact 2.5 series is " onSubmitContact ", which is the same event raised by the Joomla standard contact form.
In Fox Contact 3.x series the event has been changed to "onSubmitFoxContact".

A sample plugin is available upon request to our technical support. We call it "Fox Contact SDK". It's a demonstration plugin that shows how to gather data after a submission.
