Can't upload pdf files was created by Bijoy Phil
Hi,
we have a problem when someone try to upload .pdf file. All other files working well(.doc, docx txt jpg png works) .
In other extensions of joomla in the same site, we could upload pdf well.

I searched your support documentation, but did'nt get the right solution (May i searched wrong, though i found many similar).
I have tried disabled file filter off.

Tried reinstalling also.

Do you think we need to download an update?
What i have is foxcontact-3.9.8

Hope you are doing awesome. Take care and be safe during this pandemic situation.
Thank you in advance.

Do you use an .htaccess-file? Perhaps permissions are entered wrong ... Or the sitze of the PDF-file is too big.

I found the problem.

In my case was because of Mod_security

The mod_security occurs when someone tries to access/login the website multiple times from the same IP or server . Mod_security doesn't affect when you visit the website .

They whilsit my IP and everything is working now.

Hope this help someone.
