Dietmar,
I've tested once again with Firefox 62.0.3 and it worked for me.
You can monitor the log produced by Fox Contact during the next few days in order to ensure that it does not happen to your users as well.
Just download and open the file administrator/logs/foxcontact.php or /logs/foxcontact.php depending on your settings.
In case someone is blocked you'll see an entry like this

Spam attempt blocked by module [...]

followed by a dump of the form data, including user's browser and operating system

os":{"name":"Windows","version":7},"browser":{"name":"Opera","version":"54.0.2952.71"

Hi there, I just did an update from the fox contact module on my webpage and get the same error as indicated in this thread.
I struggled through this post thread and see that it is caused by other 3rd party extensions.
Could you give me an a quick check and indication what might be wrong here?

Already solved it, i had a text in the spam words section which was too general.
