Spam blocked - Problems with new version

Yes, there is.
We've found that in all cases the problem was due the Joomla template in use.

Please provide the URL of your website. A first hand look at the page will tell us several aspects which are important when it comes to explanations, instructions or troubleshooting.

The problem was caused by two independent problems in some third party templates.
A workaround has been implemented in Fox Contact 3.9.8, which you are encouraged to download and install.
In some cases (for example in case of Flex template) just updating Fox Contact will solve the problem.
In other cases, once updated, Fox Contact will guide you to the solution, by suggesting the appropriate action.

as mentioned above, we had only 3 cases, and all of them was caused by crap templates.
The new release has been modified in order to detect such crap templates and notify about the problem.
Anyway, this problem should not affect you, unless you are using those templates specifically.

come accennato nella discussione, abbiamo avuto solo 3 segnalazioni, e i tutti e te i casi il problema era provocato da de template-spazzatura.
La nuova versione è stata modificata per individuare questi template-spazzatura e avvisare l'utente del problema.
In ogni caso, questo problema su di te non dovrebbe avere nessuna ripercussione, a meno che tu non stia usando specificatamente quei template.

ti chiedo scusa ma non avevo capito che stai effettivamente riscontrando questo problema su tuo sito.

Il filtro anti spam di Fox Contact ha bisogno di un ambiente JavaScript funzionante, e nel tuo caso invece, o il template o una qualche altra estensione, sta provocando gravi errori JavaScript che puoi vedere nella console del tuo browser, e questo impedisce a Joomla di funzionare come dovrebbe.

Siccome non so quale versione tu hai di Fox Contact su questo sito (labottegadelfalegname.org) ti chiedo come prima cosa di aggiornare all'ultima disponibile (ora 3.9.8) e di disabilitare l'anti spam nelle opzioni del form, in modo da ripristinare le funzionalità di ricezione.

Poi quando hai fatto per favore mi fai sapere, così cerchiamo di capire cosa sta succedendo nel tuo caso.

In generale JCH, se si comporta bene, ovvero se mantiene l'ordine di inclusione dei Javascript, non dovrebbe creare problemi.
Dovresti come prima cosa ritornare sulla modifica dei tuoi form (voci di menu o moduli a seconda di come li hai creati). Li cerca la linguetta "Security" e disabilita provvisoriamente l'antispam.
Poi fammi sapere quando hai fatto che cerchiamo la causa.
