there is no "page top text" or "page bottom text" in my Fox Contact Form. I've enabled the Googlemaps plugin, placed my API key. Am i missing any step before i see a "page top text" in the "Events" category of my Fox Contact Form? thank you!

Starting from version 2, "Page Top Text" and "Page Bottom Text" are under "Fields" section.
Please confirm if you find them.

It depends.
If you use the module, you can place the map inside the joomla article and edit your css. I used this solution here .
