  1. Once installed create a new contact page using "Menu manager" to obtain a "Contact us" menu item in the website main menu, or create a new contact module using "Module manager" to obtain a "Contact us" form wherever in your pages.
  2. In both cases, Select "Fox Contact Form" as menu / module type.
  3. In the contact form "Basic Options" section, enter your email address to receive contact requests.
  4. If you prefer, you can customize other fields and options.

I wanted to RATE your extension, but I couldn't find a place on the Joomla Extensions Directory to rate it. So I'll rate it here. AWESOME!!!! SOOOOO EASY TO INSTALL AND USE, I was shocked how quickly it was all set up and running. I'm stoked! LOVE IT when an extension installs so flawlessly and actually WORKS!
