Hi,

This question is NOT about removing the back link, it's about removing the words "Contact us" that show up at the top of the form.

Selecting "No" for "Show Page Heading" in the Page Display Options does NOT turn off the text. Nor does adding alternative Page Heading text.

How can the words "Contact us" be removed from the form?

Follow-Up:

I found the solution to this issue. Under "Form fields" there is a an option for "Page Subheading". The field is populated with "Contact us" by default. Removing the text removes the sub-heading. This gives you the choice of showing the heading of your choice either as a Heading or a Sub-Heading.

BTW...this is a great form component. I will be posting a positive review on the extensions site.
